LitBuy shipping costs: build a complete budget
Separate item prices, domestic delivery, international shipping and other quoted costs when budgeting a LitBuy order.

Separate the two purchasing stages
Your budget should distinguish buying goods and getting them to the warehouse from sending the packed parcel to your destination. Add up the actual amounts shown in your account rather than assuming that a product card includes international delivery.
Record the assumptions behind a quote
Keep the destination, quotation date, service name, declared parcel contents, actual weight and packed dimensions together. A quote for a different weight or destination is not a reliable comparison. Changes in packaging can change the billable weight; use the carrier’s stated method and divisor if a volumetric calculation applies.
Compare like with like
Check whether two quotes include the same services. Insurance or compensation, extra handling, packaging options and destination charges may be treated differently. Ask what a promotion applies to and enter only the discount you can actually use.
An illustrative budget
For arithmetic only: items costing 60, domestic delivery of 5, international shipping of 30 and other known fees of 5 total 100 in a single chosen currency. A 10% contingency adds 10, making a planning budget of 110. These figures are an example, not a LitBuy rate or quotation.
Put your own numbers in one place
Our budget calculator adds your inputs and shows the calculation. It does not fetch carrier quotes or calculate taxes. Use the official platform for live eligibility and pricing, and your destination’s official customs guidance for current requirements.
