How to check a LitBuy spreadsheet link
A practical checklist for comparing source links, prices, QC photos and product variants in a LitBuy spreadsheet.

Start with a useful row
A useful LitBuy spreadsheet row identifies an item, its source URL, the selected variant, a dated price and the kind of image shown. Without these fields, two similar-looking rows can refer to different sellers or products. Keep your shortlist small enough to check each entry.
Check the destination, not just the button
Open a product link and compare its item identifier, seller and variant with the source. Avoid assuming that a button labelled “buy” always opens the photographed item. If a listing has disappeared, record it as unavailable until a replacement is checked. Do not silently substitute a similar item.
Read price and image labels carefully
A converted price depends on the exchange rate used and may omit domestic delivery, service fees and international shipping. Keep the original currency alongside any estimate. Seller photos show how an item is advertised; inspection photos show a particular item received at a particular time. Neither guarantees what a later order will contain.
Build your own shortlist
Use columns for item name, source URL, variant, source price, currency, checked date, image type, questions and decision. Add a link to any supporting size table. A short note such as “need sleeve measurement” is more useful than an unsupported quality score.

ChinaSheets currently publishes guides, a blank shortlist template and a budget calculator. It does not yet publish a verified product catalogue. Use this checklist with listings you can independently inspect, and keep the final purchase on the official platform.
