How to use LitBuy: from link to parcel
A step-by-step decision checklist for selecting a listing, checking options, reviewing inspection photos and arranging delivery.

1. Keep the original product link
Save the marketplace URL before opening an agent link. Record the seller, item identifier and variant that interested you. If an agent page displays a different photo or variant, stop and compare the source again. A familiar product name alone is not enough to identify a listing.
2. Confirm the full order
On the official platform, check the size, colour, quantity and current price. Review domestic delivery and any service charges shown at checkout. A listed item price should not be treated as a delivered price. Read the seller’s size table and compare measurements with something you already own.
3. Leave useful instructions
If a measurement or detail matters, ask whether it can be checked and whether an additional service fee applies. “Please measure the chest laid flat” is more actionable than “make sure it fits.” Keep a record of your instructions and the confirmation you receive.
4. Review before forwarding
When inspection images become available, compare them with the order details. Check quantity, colour, visible defects and the requested measurements. Photos have limits: they do not establish authenticity, internal construction or long-term durability. Raise an issue while the available return or after-sales window is still open.
5. Get a parcel quotation
Select your destination and review eligible shipping services using the packed weight and dimensions when available. Check included services, excluded goods and the limits of any compensation option. Save the quotation and final tracking number. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
